1:1 Coaching is bespoke to the individual.
How we work together is really important, and during the chemistry call we 'contract' what's important to you, what you need from me.
I adapt to your style and preferences so you get what you want and need from the coaching programme.
Like career and life, it's not linear. But, it is a journey, and one you won't do alone. You've got access to me, my knowledge, skills and resources for 6 months.
I'll send you a client questionnaire to be completed before the chemistry call. It gives you the opportunity to think about what you want from coaching, the priorities and what success looks like for you.
We use this information during the chemistry call to get to know one another, agree the objectives and how we are going to work together.
Monthly coaching sessions over 6 months. We book 90 minute sessions so we are not rushed for time.
We will review progress against your goals and objectives during session 3 and 6 (or as required).
Access to me via what's app, voice note, email in between sessions as agreed during our chemistry call.
Access to tools and resources used in coaching sessions via the learning platform.
Absolutely. No two clients have the same goals or want the same thing. On our discovery call (if you haven't booked on yet you can do so here) we will get to know one another and I will ask you questions to help me understand where you are and how you prefer to work.
We all learn in different ways. The coaching programme is bespoke to you. I am flexible and adpatable in my coaching style so you achieve the results you want.
As a leadership development faciliator I have an abundance of tools, models and links I can share that are relevant to you. I am currently digitilising them and as a client you will have a learning platform and be able to access these.
This is different for all my clients. Some will journal, read, and put into practice. Others will be in the moment and want to reflect in our next session. You are the expert of you, how you learn, and what you need. You take responsibility for that and let me know if you want more or less of anything as we work together.
During the chemistry call I will help you to create some intentions for the programme. Coaching is powerful and sometimes just being heard shifts thoughts and feelings gives you the head space you need to think about what you want, how you want to feel, where you want to be. Don't get too hung up on objectives, we can work it through together.
If you have a big transformational goal it may take the six sessions to fully explore your beliefs and behaviours. Or, you may have a couple that overlap. The client profile will help you identify your priorities which we will discuss during the chemistry call before we get started with the coaching.
I am an accredited and experienced coach with professional registration with EMCC Global. I have worked in various People and Leadership and Talent Development roles in the NHS, both operationally and strategically.
My passion has always been people first and coaching enables me to work 1:1 and really make a difference to how my clients feel and the life they lead.
